Armenian Cultural Association (ACA) was founded in Cracow (Poland) in 1990. It is social-cultural organization of Polish Armenians. ACA acts by virtue of The Associations Law registered by Vojevoda Court in Cracow. ACA is led by the board of the following structure: Adam TERLECKI (chairman), Antoni AMIROWICZ (secretary), Adam MUECK (treasurer), Vahe AMIRBEKIAN and Mikael NAZLOJAN (board members). The board is elected by The General Assemble of ACA members, cadence is 4-years-long. The cadence of the present board expires in September 1998.

The main purpose of ACA activity is integration of Polish Armenians communities as well as documentation of their history and culture. The Association also maintains contacts with Armenia and Armenian Diaspora abroad to help Polish Armenians keep spiritual contact with the rest of the nation. The permanent form of ACA activity are members meetings associated with presentations of reports related with Armenians and Armenia (regularly, once a month). In addition depending on financial abilities Association organizes Pan-Polish congresses of Armenia-related associations and groups (so far three such congresses have taken place: in 1991, 1992, 1994). The third form of ACA activity is publishing of "Bulletin of the Armenian Cultural Association", which is distributed among people interested in the subject due to their subscriptions.

Membership in ACA has no limits: every person interested in Armenia-related subjects may become a member of the Association. The current amount of members is 56. Also people which are not ACA members can take part in the Association's activity. ACA activity is financed from members contributions (in 1996 - 10 ZLN), endowment and donations. At present ACA does not carry on any commercial activity.
